Breakfast made in batches makes for more enjoyable mornings. Good ole Bob and his Red Mill creations. He grinds a mean flax meal and now he’s come out with a delicious hot cereal made from rice, corn, and buckwheat.

Sometimes, nutrition writers put it so perfectly (or disgustingly) that it sets you straight for life. Dr. Barnard, describing how chicken processing baths are not unlike “a tub of fecal soup,” comes to mind.
